I worked in human resources from 1976 (when I completed my internship with a mining finance house) until 1986 (when I was human resources director for a manufacturing company). I have been in private practice as an industrial psychologist since 1986. I do assessments for companies and individuals for selection, development and career counselling. My relationships with several of my client companies goes back twenty years, and I did assessments for SA Breweries for over thirty years in South Africa, several countries in Africa , Europe and the USA. I do assessments at all levels from operator to CEO. I am not affiliated to any particular test publisher so use whatever I consider appropriate for the position. I keep up to date and use state of the art assessment procedures. My approach is bespoke assessments depending on what is required.

Psychometric tests are a standard and scientific method used to measure individuals’ mental capabilities and behavioural style.
Psychometric tests are designed to measure candidates’ suitability for a role based on the required personality characteristics and aptitude (or cognitive abilities).
Test results can be provided in various languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese, French.
I use online assessments where these are appropriate. However my assessment of choice for cognitive assessment is administered individually across the desk at my offices in Bedfordview.
